On the evening of Sunday, September 3, 2017, police officers in Kansas City, Missouri, responded to reports of a shooting in the Northeast area of the city. Around 9:00 p.m., authorities arrived at the intersection of Indiana and Garner avenues, where they discovered a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
