Christopher Starks, a 43-year-old African American man from Memphis, TN, tragically died on December 24, 2019, from a gunshot wound in Cordova, a suburb of Memphis. The incident occurred just before midnight on Christmas Eve at a residence on Eagle View. When police arrived at the scene, they found Starks dead and detained three individuals who were present at the time.
