Barbara Sue Dixon Rogers, a 57-year-old White female from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically killed on Sunday, March 8, 2020. She was the victim of a triple homicide that also claimed the lives of her roommate, 55-year-old Mildred 'Millie' Blackwell, and Blackwell's 29-year-old daughter, Juliana White. Rogers and Blackwell were found shot to death in their home on Trousdale Road. White was discovered deceased on Division Street.
