Raymond Howard, a 45-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2020, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was shot multiple times in the 2400 block of Park Avenue during an altercation. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m., and Raymond was pronounced dead at the scene.
