Robert Gerard "HustleMan" Dowdy, a 31-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically passed away on June 22, 2020. He was a machine operator at Arcade Beauty and a 2007 graduate of Howard High School. Dowdy was known for his dedication to his family, including his sons, Khance, Makari, and D'Marquese, and daughters, RéLiyah, Kyleigh, Skylan, and Rie’Leya.
