Donald Wayne Troutwine, a 25-year-old male from Chattanooga, TN, tragically died on August 17, 2020. He was shot in his home following an altercation. Chattanooga Police responded to a call about a person shot at approximately 8:13 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Troutwine suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
