On a Saturday evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of LiZarrius Dewayne 'Dee' Rice was tragically cut short. On September 12, 2020, the 24-year-old African-American man was found with gunshot wounds at 100 South Hall of Fame Drive. He was rushed to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The promising upcoming rapper from Chattanooga, who was known for his love of family and his infectious smile, became another victim of gun violence.
