Dessie Lewis Seaton IV, age 26, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 2020, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at around 12:44 a.m. at the Southland Apartments located on Sevier Avenue. Responding to a call, Knoxville Police Department (KPD) officers found Seaton deceased in the kitchen of one of the apartments, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
