Kelvin Rucker, a 38-year-old man from Memphis, TN, tragically passed away on October 14, 2020. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on October 9, 2020, in the Fox Meadows neighborhood of Memphis. According to police reports, Rucker was involved in a feud with two other men, which culminated in a violent confrontation.
