Zachery Grooms, a 25-year-old male of White ethnicity from Union City, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2021. He was one of two victims shot while duck hunting at Reelfoot Lake in Obion County. The other victim, Chance Black, aged 26, also aspired to join law enforcement. Both men were highly respected in their community and had aspirations to serve as police officers.
