Chance Black, a 26-year-old male from Union City, Tennessee, tragically died on January 25, 2021, while duck hunting at Reelfoot Lake. He was fatally shot by David Vowell, a 70-year-old man from Martin, Tennessee. The incident also claimed the life of Zachary Grooms, who was 25 years old.
