Eugene Garvin, a 65-year-old resident of Allendale, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2017. The incident occurred late at night on Pickrum Street, where Garvin was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt response from Allendale police officers, Garvin succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Allendale County coroner confirmed his identity shortly after the incident.
