In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in St. Louis, tragedy struck the Greater Ville neighborhood, forever altering the lives of one family. On November 29, 2017, Erick L. Burton, a 26-year-old male, was found lifeless in the 4100 block of Enright Avenue. The call to police came in around 10:15 p.m., reporting a shooting in the area. When officers arrived, they discovered Burton with a gunshot wound to his head; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
