In the early morning hours of February 24, 2021, the life of 19-year-old Jirah Gregory was tragically cut short in a targeted act of violence in Jackson, Tennessee. The incident unfolded around 2:45 a.m. at the Cherry Grove apartments located on Friars Point Road in the northern part of the city. Gregory, a male, was one of two individuals struck by gunfire in what investigators have determined to be a deliberate shooting.
