On the evening of March 11, 2021, a sense of normalcy was shattered at the Broadmeadows Apartments on Peeler Road in Covington, Tennessee. Inside a car, 23-year-old Andrew Terry was shot and fatally wounded. First responders and law enforcement arrived at the scene around 10:50 p.m. to find Terry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
