In the early morning hours of April 24, 2021, Byrall Maurice Webb Jr., a 32-year-old African American man, was fatally shot in the parking lot of the House of Hummus on Middle Tennessee Boulevard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Known affectionately as 'Bubba G,' Webb was a father of five. His fiancée was present at the scene of the shooting.
