In the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, a burst of gunfire on May 11, 2021, shattered the evening and left two families grieving. On McAdoo Street, 39-year-old Taurean Stone, an African American male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Alongside him was 29-year-old Stanley McGhee, who had also been shot. Paramedics arrived at the scene, but McGhee succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
