Cecil R. Holmes Jr., a 39-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically died on August 27, 2021. He was found in the parking lot of Edgehill Homes on 11th Avenue South with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was quickly classified as a homicide, and Metro Nashville homicide detectives began investigating the case.
