Demarico Thompson, a 24-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically passed away on September 20, 2021. He was shot multiple times at a car wash on Frayser Boulevard and University Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Thompson did not survive his injuries. The incident has left his family, especially his mother, Shunta Thompson, searching for answers and justice.
