In a North Memphis rooming house on January 17, 2022, a dispute over a set of car keys tragically ended the life of 64-year-old James Rodger Seals. The male victim was found unresponsive by police at the residence located at 948 Pearce Street, having been shot in the chest. Sadly, Mr. Seals succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
