In the late hours of a Saturday night in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of 18-year-old Ricky Waters was tragically cut short. On March 5, 2022, in the parking lot of the Montgomery Village apartment complex, Waters was found in a car, having sustained at least one gunshot wound. Knoxville Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:20 p.m. and pronounced him dead.
