Tracy Guy, a 19-year-old University of Tennessee student, was tragically killed on November 8, 1980, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was found dead in his red Volvo in the parking lot of the Townview Terrace Apartments located at Vine and Hill Avenue. Tracy was discovered with a gunshot wound to his face, while he was lying down with his seat reclined.
