In the early morning hours of Saturday, July 25, 2009, the life of 27-year-old Paul Kenneth Fisher, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. He was discovered shot and killed in the stairwell of the apartment building at 5301 Chicago Ave. S. in Minneapolis, where he lived with his girlfriend, Andrea Hintz.
