Captain Albert M. Teeters, aged 52, was a respected officer with the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police in Pennsylvania. On October 22, 1904, he tragically lost his life due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred in the basement of the Frankstown Avenue police station during a routine target practice session.
