Carlos Clark was only 18 years old when his life was taken on Christmas Eve morning in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was a Black male from the Garfield neighborhood, a young man still standing at the edge of adulthood, still in school, still with a future that should have stretched far beyond one winter morning on Broad Street. Instead, on December 24, 2015, a day when many families were preparing for Christmas, his loved ones were forced into a nightmare no family should ever have to endure.
