In the early morning hours of a December day in 1946, a heated argument between a couple in Chester, Pennsylvania, ended in a tragic and violent outburst. The lives of Ann Louise Brantley, a 37-year-old woman, and William Percival Harris, a 46-year-old druggist, were cut short in a shocking murder-suicide that stunned the local community.
