On April 5, 2022, Nevaeh Mallory Collins, a 4-year-old girl from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically died after being accidentally shot by her 2-year-old brother. The incident occurred inside a car parked near a gas station on the 900 block of Kerlin Street. According to investigators, the young boy had somehow gained access to a legally owned gun and accidentally shot his sister. Nevaeh was rushed to Crozer Chester Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
