Officer Dennis McNamara, a 43-year-old Caucasian male, was a dedicated police officer serving with the Upper Darby Township Police Department in Pennsylvania. He devoted eight years of his life to upholding the law and protecting his community. Tragically, on the evening of January 30, 2002, his commitment to duty would cost him his life in an act of senseless violence.
