Kyle Culbert, a 22-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on December 13, 1973, in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania. Culbert was waiting in a car with his father and brother in the pick-up portion of Ridley Township when he was fatally shot. The incident was reportedly linked to a conflict involving members of the Pagan motorcyclists.
