Diyon Barnes, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically died on February 16, 1997. He was a laborer at Man Power in Media and a 1993 graduate of Chester High School. His death occurred at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland.
