Zenas Powell, a 14-year-old boy from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2016. Zenas was an innocent bystander caught in a hail of gunfire on the 1100 block of Pine Lane in Chester. He was outside a corner store when he was struck by bullets, along with two other victims, including his cousin, Quamar Powell, and Janene Shipley, a 32-year-old woman.
