Warren S. McDonald, a 33-year-old male, was killed by gunfire on February 6, 2000, in Chester, Pennsylvania. His death unfolded inside the St. James Apartments in the 300 block of East 24th Street, where he and 23-year-old Carmen Barnett Jr. were in the hallway when a man they both knew opened fire. McDonald was fatally shot, while Barnett was wounded but survived.
