Death by Force

On August 1, 2013, Augustus McClain, a 36-year-old resident of the Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood in Pittsburgh, was shot and killed while sitting in his vehicle in the Homewood neighborhood. The incident took place around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Murtland and Mt. Vernon Streets. According to authorities, McClain was shot multiple times in the head, torso, and arms.
