On an April evening in 2002, Feras Cheiko, a 28-year-old man of Middle Eastern descent, was working in his ice cream truck in Chester, Pennsylvania. His life was cut short on April 20th of that year in an act of violence that stemmed from a robbery. The incident was investigated by the Chester County Coroner's Office, which determined that Cheiko's death was a homicide caused by a gunshot wound.
