On a Tuesday morning in July 2018, Lamont Lewis, a 28-year-old man, was found shot to death in the driver's seat of his parked gray Hyundai in Chester, Pennsylvania. The discovery was made around 11 a.m. on the 1700 block of West 11th Street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

Paramedics from Crozer-Chester Medical Center arrived at the scene and officially pronounced him dead. The incident was quickly ruled a homicide by the Chester Police Department, marking the ...
