Brian L. Bradley, a 41-year-old African American male from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2007. Bradley was found shot in the head, slumped in the driver's seat of a parked car in the 400 block of Highland Avenue in Chester. The incident was later determined to be an execution-style killing.
David Palmer, a 25-year-old resident of Chester, was arrested and charged with Bradley's murder. Palmer was already serving a life sentence for the unrelated June 6, 2007
