Emil Donte Smith, a 22-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically shot and killed on March 11, 2008. He was found inside a parked car in the 700 block of East Seventh Street around 7:30 p.m. Responding officers pronounced him dead at the scene. An autopsy was conducted by the Delaware County Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause of death.
