Matthew B. Novak, a 24-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on September 28, 2008, in Philadelphia, PA. Novak and two friends had just attended the Puerto Rican Day Parade and were on their way home when their car broke down on 6th Street near Spring Garden Street.
