On April 17, 2010, Thomas Lee Green Jr., a 23-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred at the Ruth L. Bennett Homes in Chester, where Green was hanging out with friends. The shooting was the result of an argument with Omar Rashad Hooks, a 17-year-old male who was also present at the scene.
