On a spring evening in Chester, Pennsylvania, a life was tragically cut short over a seemingly minor dispute. Thomas Lee Green Jr., a 23-year-old man, was spending time with friends on April 17, 2010, at the Ruth L. Bennett Homes. An argument erupted with a 17-year-old named Omar Rashad Hooks after Green accidentally knocked Hooks' glasses off his face. This trivial incident escalated into a fatal encounter when Hooks produced a semi-automatic handgun and fired multiple shots at Green.
