In the early hours of October 28, 2020, a life full of promise was tragically cut short in Chester, Pennsylvania. Jamar Campbell, a 21-year-old man, was discovered in his still-running Toyota Camry on McIlvain Street. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The sudden and violent nature of his death sent ripples of shock and grief through his community and left his loved ones with a void that could never be filled.
