Robert Tyrone Morris, a 40-year-old man from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2013. He was fatally shot just hours before he was scheduled to start a construction job repairing houses in New York that were damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Morris was confronted by an apparent robber near his Keystone Road home in Chester when the incident occurred.
