Roland Martin Welsh Jr., a 32-year-old man from Desoto, Texas, went missing on February 13, 1978. At the time of his disappearance, Welsh was dealing with significant personal issues, having been treated for a nervous breakdown. Authorities believe he might have been suffering from amnesia, which may have contributed to his disappearance.
