Enric D. "Ricky" Wilson, a 56-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on February 16, 2020, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was found with a gunshot wound to his torso on West Third Street and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Chester Police Department launched an investigation into his death and issued an arrest warrant for Matthew Hightower, who was believed to be responsible for the shooting.
