Carlos Dontae Hudson Sr., a 41-year-old African American man from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed on August 22, 2013. Known affectionately as "Lokey" to his family and friends, Hudson was the owner of the Hudson Cleaning Company in McKeesport. He was born on August 12, 1972, and was a graduate of McKeesport High School. Hudson was also a member of St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church.
