Seneca Byrd, a 38-year-old Black male, was killed on June 10, 2015, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, after a confrontation that began inside a bar and spilled out onto Fifth Avenue. He was shot late that Wednesday night near the Tube City Café, also referred to in reports as Tube City Saloon, in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue.
