Seneca Byrd, a 38-year-old African American man from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2015. Byrd was fatally shot multiple times outside the Tube City Cafe on Fifth Avenue in McKeesport. The incident began as an argument inside the bar, which escalated when the dispute moved outside, leading to the shooting.
