James Edward Bills, a 20-year-old man from Minneapolis, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2016. His death occurred in the Dinkytown area near the University of Minnesota. While it was New Year's Day, a time of celebration for many, it turned into a day of tragedy for Bills' family, who are still seeking answers regarding his murder.
