Carlos N. Lugo Jr., a 35-year-old man from Allentown, Pennsylvania, tragically died on January 15, 2014. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Lugo was the son of Ruth Bonano and Carlos N. Lugo Sr. He was trained in HVAC and is survived by his parents, daughters April and Carla, brothers Daniel and Mark, half-siblings Benjamin, Charlie, and Lily, companion Rose Vazquez, and friends.
