In the Pine Brook section of Scranton on a September evening, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a tragic and fatal encounter. The conflict, which reportedly began with a racial slur, ended with the death of 54-year-old Anthony Collins. A male, identified as Thomas Campion, 65, retrieved a gun from his home after the two men exchanged words.
