Vincent Darbenzio, a 47-year-old male of Italian ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on May 24, 2014, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Darbenzio was a cab driver who was shot by a 16-year-old passenger named Aazis Richardson. The incident occurred after Richardson felt that Darbenzio was taking a longer route and overcharging him. In a fit of anger, Richardson shot Darbenzio twice in the head.
