Janice Beck, 52 years old, was last seen on September 12, 2001, in Tacoma, Washington. At the time of her disappearance, Janice was a patient at Western State Mental Hospital in Lakewood, a suburb of Tacoma. She suffered from several medical conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, knee problems, vision issues, and bipolar disorder.
